We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the quality of any conversations, information, or other content obtained through the Service will meet your expectations. You understand and agree that any content or information obtained through the Service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATERO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChatEro and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChatEro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
